Thank you for shopping at MyDigitalFashionHub.com. We are committed to providing you with premium digital assets that enhance your fashion design process. As our products are digital and instantly accessible upon purchase, our refund and return policy differs from that of physical goods.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Our Products
MyDigitalFashionHub LLC specializes in selling digital products including:

  • 2D Fashion Illustrations (ready-to-use flat sketches and vectors)

  • 3D Clothing Assets (rigged and ready-to-render garments for CLO 3D and Marvelous Designer)

  • Tech Packs (professionally crafted templates and specification sheets)

  • Prints & Patterns (unique, high-resolution designs)

  • Accessories (digital assets for bags, shoes, jewelry, etc.)

Upon successful payment, these digital assets are immediately available for download or access, granting you instant use.

2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the instant, irrevocable nature of digital product delivery, all sales of Digital Assets are generally final and non-refundable. This policy is in place because once a digital product is purchased and accessed, it cannot be returned or rendered unusable by the purchaser.

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Carefully review product descriptions, previews, and compatibility requirements (e.g., software versions for 3D assets) before completing your purchase.

  • Contact our support team at support@mydigitalfashionhub.com with any questions or concerns prior to purchasing.

3. Exceptions for Refunds
While sales are generally final, we may consider refunds only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Defective or Corrupted Digital Asset: If a purchased Digital Asset is demonstrably corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise technically defective and you are unable to use it as intended, despite following all instructions.

  • Product Not As Described: If the Digital Asset you received is significantly different from its description or preview images on the product page. Minor variations due to screen calibration or interpretation are not covered.

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the exact same Digital Asset more than once within a short period (e.g., 24 hours).

  • Required by Law: Where applicable laws and regulations mandate a right to refund for digital goods under specific conditions.

4. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
If you believe your purchase falls under one of the eligible exceptions, you must submit a refund request within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.

To request a refund:

    • The name of the Digital Asset(s) you wish to have refunded.

    • Any relevant screenshots, error messages, or supporting evidence.

  3. Troubleshooting (if applicable): We may first attempt to resolve the issue by providing troubleshooting steps, an updated file, or technical assistance. Your cooperation in this process is required.

5. Refund Process
Upon receiving your refund request and reviewing the provided information, MyDigitalFashionHub LLC will assess the eligibility for a refund based on the criteria outlined in Section 3.

  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within [e.g., 5-10] business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment processor to post the refund to your account.

  • If your refund request is denied, we will provide an explanation for our decision.

MyDigitalFashionHub LLC reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the specified criteria.

6. No Returns
As our products are digital, there is no physical product to return. Therefore, we do not accept “returns” in the traditional sense.

7. Unauthorized Use or Distribution
Please note that requesting a refund does not grant you the right to continue using or distributing the Digital Asset. All licenses granted for purchased Digital Assets are conditional upon payment, and if a refund is issued, your license to use that specific Digital Asset is immediately revoked. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution after a refund is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
